The venue includes the Main Ballroom, the Monumental Room, and Potomac Room. It is designed for a smooth transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing, without feeling cramped or segmented. We can accommodate up to 180 guests standing or 150 seated with a dance floor, with flexible layouts for ceremonies and receptions that match your style, timeline, and entertainment plan. The space photographs beautifully under candlelight and city glow, and the skyline becomes part of the atmosphere once the sun goes down. Whether you want a classic seated reception, a high-energy party, or a mix of both, the room supports it naturally. Your guests get a private, elevated experience from the first toast to the final song.

Top of the Town is designed to feel exclusive, elevated, and effortless from the moment guests arrive. Enjoy the full experience—express elevator from ground level to penthouse with a view, uninterrupted flow of event spaces that feels intentionally yours. Our team supports the planning process with trusted vendors. The layout transitions naturally from ceremony to cocktails to dinner and dancing without feeling segmented or crowded. With the skyline as your backdrop and the logistics handled with care, the entire event feels polished, calm, and high-end.

Top of the Town is defined by the view. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol, and the Potomac River—creating a dramatic backdrop from every angle. The space delivers the same impact in daylight, golden hour, or after dark, so your ceremony and portraits look elevated no matter the timing. If you want a true “wow” moment the second guests arrive, this is it. Because the skyline wraps around the room, guests feel immersed in the city throughout the entire celebration—not just during the ceremony.

Our penthouse venue combines dramatic design with practical ease. You’ll have a dedicated express elevator from ground level to the event space, a marble foyer and hallway for arrivals and photos, and signature chandeliers that instantly elevate the room. The layout supports a full wedding flow—ceremony, reception, and dancing—plus optional enhancements like lounge furniture, uplighting, and cocktail table upgrades. We’re located in Rosslyn, within walking distance of the Metro and a short drive from Reagan National Airport, and we offer a large private parking lot at no charge for your guests.
